1. What this site is

Lake Havasu AC Guide is an independent local guide, not a licensed HVAC contractor — we connect you with independent, third-party AC repair providers who serve Lake Havasu City. We publish cost guides, diagnostic information, and local resources, and we pass quote requests to independent, third-party providers. We are not an HVAC contractor, we do not perform, quote, supervise, or warrant any HVAC work, and nothing on this site is an offer by us to perform licensed trade work. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. The referral service

• Submitting a quote request authorizes us to share the details you provide with an independent local provider so that provider can contact you about your request.
• Providers are independent businesses. They set their own prices, schedules, and terms; any agreement for work is strictly between you and the provider.
• We may receive a referral fee from a provider who receives your request. The fee is paid by the provider, not by you, and does not change the provider's pricing or this site's published information.
• We do not guarantee that a provider will respond, be available, or perform to any standard. Always verify licensing yourself — instructions are in the ROC verification guide.

3. SMS / text-message program

If you opt in via the checkbox on a quote form, Lake Havasu AC Guide may send you text messages related to your service request — for example, request confirmations, scheduling coordination, and follow-up messages about your inquiry. This is a customer-care program tied to your request; opting in is optional and is not a condition of submitting a request or purchasing anything. Message frequency may vary depending on your request.

5. Acceptable use

8. Governing law
